My own SaaS product for ongoing website support and maintenance: ticketing, scheduled checks, change requests and reporting for small / mid-sized site owners.
My role
Product owner and full-stack developer. Designed the data model, built the Spring Boot backend, Svelte + Thymeleaf UI, billing and admin.
Outcome
A working platform I dogfood on real client sites and continue to extend.
